Statistics: Russia’s car output almost triples to 64,200 in Nov

MOSCOW, Dec 27 (PRIME) -- Russia’s car output almost tripled on the year and rose by 8.6% on the month to 64,200 vehicles in November, the Federal State Statistics service said on Wednesday.

Production of trucks increased by 49.1% on the year and by 1.2% on the month to 16,800 units.

In January–November, the car output grew by 17.5% on the year to 481,600 vehicles and the truck production increased by 20.4% on the year to 151,000 units.
